Just did a quick review of the cards, and I think I can cut the cards down to White, Blue, and Black. I’ve cut out all other cards to just leave what I image are basic playables in each. A star beside their names means I am considering them to be cards I really want to play.

Blue seems to be the real center here, as it has lots of high-toughness and power fliers, plus excellent removal that I’d want to play even if I wasn’t blue primary. There are 15 cards in Blue that I would consider to be “playable”, though there are a few others that are near-playable (Breaching Hippocamp and Annul), I’m hoping that I will find better stuff in other colours.
In Blue’s cardpool there are only 7 creatures… hmmm, might need to bring that Hippocamp back in. Also, my secondary colour will need to be mostly creatures. Thankfully, White fills that void pretty well. Okay, here’s the list:

The idea of the deck is to hold down the early fort with Omenspeaker, Nimbus Naiad, Lagonna band Elder, and the Scholars before shifting to the air. Griptide and Voyage’s end are our primary removals, with two Lash of the Whips taking up extra aid. Not siding in extra lands for the Scholar’s extra effects, as we really just want them as early 1/4's, and their effect will only help us have “reach” against opponents who can stabilize the air even after a Curse of the Swine. Heliod is there to pump out extra soldiers with spare mana and give our fliers Vigilance – which will be important for this deck.
