So now it's time to laugh at myself, and try to figure out how to play better.
So, I had what I thought was a pretty fast GW deck but I think I didn't have quite enough 2 drops. I didn't really have much fat beyond a soul of phyrexia which I would like to point out that I didn't draw or see hit the board until 4th turn of extra turns in game 8. I had 3 triplicate spirits and restock but instead of laughing my way to the finals I stumbled around to something like a 1-1-2 (last match was for fun and we only played 2 games and split them).
One piece of advice I took from Woo - sacred armory is very good. However, I forgot it didn't pump toughness. Twice.
I played 17 lands and played first, and mulligan. I was pretty sure of my decisions at the time, but I think I thought my deck was faster. I don't think I play triplicate spirits right... or maybe it just totally loses to charging rhino. I was so frustrated with spirits that I convinced myself in a wake up haze that it must have been an instant...
My pool was pretty solidly g/w although I was sad to not play my foil siege dragon (I had 8 red cards). I did get a foil sliver hivelord just have to figure out how to sell/trade it for value (currently $48).
Had quite a good sideboard - this I think is one of the configurations I used. I originally left out the removal-y rocks and the venom slivers but it turns out that I have problems with 4/4s. I put the moss-beast in match 3, I think it's needed.

Yeah, green black is the best color combo IMO. Green has charging rhino and siege wurm to close games, and black has covenant of blood and flesh to dust to keep them from closing out games.

I'll agree that green/black can be one of the best combinations, but in both the release and this past Sat at the GPT I've seen just how insanely fast R/W can be. If you get the right cards with Triplicate Spirits, it can be an absolute beating.
