It's a universal rule of all adventures that it has to start in a inn. It's on page 1 of the DMG or something. Also I didn't forget your trawling of the slave pen it just seemed people were getting confused about actions in the inn.

Squinty goes first and then the rest of us have effective 7's for initiative. Well, except for Lazymarine's Alladar who hasn't rolled initiative yet.

So out of us that do have a seven for initiative, who wants to go first? I know I do, but I'll listen if you think you have a good reason.

Oh FYI don't feel the need to wait on Lazymarine before you can act. The initiative was just to establish who acts when right now. If he chooses to barrel into the inn later I'll have him roll initiative then.

In combat I go in DEX order ... but here I domt think it matters.
