Sadly, it's already done. I missed my chance when I was playing Transistor. Also, I wasn't present for any conversations previously about reporting in, so John has no idea he would need to. Had their handler offered her phone to anyone else, he would have taken her up on it. Of course, since he's short with words, he'd probably just say:

"Relic acquired, require cleanup, awaiting orders."

It depends. If you're docking us EXP for having an NPC do thngs for us, then yes, I'd prefer it. If it doesn't matter to you, then we have a handler who can and should be the one doing it.
