There's about 4 of them, they're all psychics, and they're telepathically communicating. There's some other trainers in the Pokemon Center, but all they're thinking about is their Pokemon and training.

So, what are their plans? How do they plan to take the eggs?

They're going to break in during the night with their Pokemon, get as many eggs as they can before anyone notices, and leave as stealthily as possible.

My current idea was to use Officer Jenny's voice and try to convince people they heard it over an intercom and that she needed their help to apprehend the men. But if I can't do a convincing voice, I dunno.

Well, I was trying to see if there was anyone in the Pokemon Center who could potentially help, but all I could discover was that there were a few trainers and nothing in particular seemed useful. I just figure that I can drop by the police station, tell them about the heist and then leave.
