Thirty-Four lives! For now....

Also, would it be better to attack Irontooth, or better to go after the rest of the kobolds? I was thinking of using my action dice for an extra movement. So, I'd shift, action dice for another move and get into sight of the slinger of priest, then attack.... or something like that.

Well I was trying to stress that Irontooth is going to have a mountain of hitpoints and that it was a far better plan to take out the almost dead kobolds so that they werent pegging us while we dealth with him.

But now that you're up there in that corner as part of Arrik's plan, I'm not sure if theres much you can do but shoot Irontooth. So if you've got anything that would lessen his chance to hit me, that would be awesome, otherwise just do as much damage as you can.

Do you mean action point? Or is Action Dice something else?

I was going to post Saturday, but we got more snow than we were supposed to plan on. I'm catching up now that I can. If I'm still alive.

Excuse me for a moment.

*Clears throat*

WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYY...

Ahem

Why is the sorcerer with all ranged attacks trying to flank the Brute level bad guy?!? Didnt we discuss how bad of a plan this was already? We talked about how bad of a plan it was when Arrik was trying to flank it and since then its only become worse of a plan. Jace isnt a rogue and gets nothing special from the Combat Advantage save for a measily +2 to attack. It makes it easier to hit but its not gonna make it die faster and it sure as hell aint worth the risk. We know that he has cleaving abilities and while at first it looked like I get to lay on the damage if he cleaved, the DM took that back and said its just a single attack.

We are already running on fumes, why put yourself in harms way and a place where youll be unable to attack?

If you read the post instead of just the map, you'll see that my intent was to end on I-4, but BH moved me to E-5. I was action pointing to get as far away while shifting and attacking.

Altimis, the dragonshield is immobilized. If you don't stand next to it, it cant hit anyone on its turn. You can always move adjacent next turn, better than being hit.

So I googled Irontooths abilities today to make sure I was reading them right.

No less than 10 threads saying this fight was too hard and unfun.

A few suggestions of making him his own fight and such.

Hes not even used any special abilities yet, or his action point...literally just his basic stuff.

True but at the time I was planning on attacking it and really only editted the target of the attack as the wyrmpriest wasn't quite dead.
If BH doesn't mind me also moving to H11 instead of next to the dragonshield, I certainly wouldn't mind. I forgot to edit that part so it's entirely up to him.

And oh crap, of course 34 is next to the exit, leaving me to the kobolds and Irontooth.
If I "leave combat" can I start sneaking around and stealing stuff? :p

Looking at the Tracker, it will take 89 damage to take down Irontooth, which by mean alone would take a minimum of 18 hits. Considering that 34 will also be hitting him, I'll say 9 hits. Also considering that if I can get combat advantage I can deal and extra (minimum 6 damage) Plus if I use Trick strike (minimum 7 damage), we would both need to hit him at the very most 10 times each (that's if we rolled 1's for all damage). Assuming we don't roll 1's, but still being cautious, we would both need to hit him roughly 5 times each and that's hit not just swing at.

What do you say squinty? Live to see another day? Or go down flanking whatshisname?

More accurately, I'm the hell away from IronTooth, mostly because a ranged striker is useless when stuck next to his target. I could be wrong, but I don't think the Slinger has LoS on me, so I should be able to sling spells at IronTooth now. Aside from that, I was hoping you'd finish off the Dragonshield and then maybe I'd swing Southeast and help you kill the Slinger before IronTooth kills all of us.

Wait... Why am I counting out Helja?
This isn't as hopeless as I anticipated. That white on light blue doesn't help BH. It's not that bad, I'm just blind. :p

Should I go for the lsinger first? How long does the dragonshield remain immobilized, I'm taking a peek now but if anyone knows up front that would be nice.
