How do I go about creating the starting pokemon?

Okay, so after I roll nature and ability, here's what your Happiny looks like:
I rolled a one for your ability, which makes your ability Last Chance.
Your nature is Quirky (+2 HP, -2SDEF)
Your gender is female, for nickname's sake.
Your stats are now:
HP: 12
ATK: 1
DEF: 1
SATK: 2
SDEF: 5
SPD: 3.

You have 9 points to spend on your Pokemon's stats because you're Level 10. However, you have to follow base relations, which means that if a base stat is higher than another stat, it must always be higher than that stat. If two stats are equal, they can be different numbers so long as they are still lower than the number higher than them. So, to raise your ATK or DEF scores, you must first raise SATK, but you must first raise SPD to do so.
The order for your base relations are: HP > SDEF > SPD > SATK > ATK = DEF.
Show me your edited stats for your Pokemon and I'll tell you the moves afterwards. The stat edit will impact your total HP score. I trust that you have the needed character sheets.

They're not awful. I mean 46 hit points is no laughing matter and Charm will nuke any opponents physical attack stat. Plus when she does evolve she's going to have more hit points then she knows what to do with. Yeah she's never going to be a physical powerhouse but I assuming you didn't pick a Chansey to go out and kick ass.

Well, she can always learn Toxic and Seismic Toss like a proper Chansey...

@Dinosaur, how about those TMs? Did you decide against them and I missed it? I'm just waiting for that to finish my sheet.

I'm going to say no TMs if only because my computer is breaking slowly and I don't feel like rolling anymore until wild encounters or new players.

With that in mind, I probably don't need the stats in def, satk, or spd (the last two of which was only added to put stats in def).
