That was pretty much the plan. : )

Basically just move the thing the kid is chasing away to where she won't be trying to bash the group to get it.

That would give the group some time to think and consider and discuss rather than have to defend physically against her or actually kill her.

Aregano's trying to make it look like the pug is flying and not that Aregano's doing a trick...hence his comment about "It can fly!". That's the DM's call.

But let's say she does recognize that Aregano is doing it. When she moves next to Aregano he will disappear (interrupt power). Then he will explain that if she hurts him (or kills him) that he might drop the dog and a 25 ft fall would probably kill it. (Hopefully she's never tried this experiment herself and knows that the dog/druid will probably survive... : ) So if she wants a dead dog, keep attacking him.

Well, in the interim since it only takes 2 turns for you to remove the collar, you can do it while you're in the air.

Got it. The Mage Hand range only goes 5 squares, so Spike isn't removed from combat...it's more like the group is now fanned out in front of her ready to do some flanking.

That's assuming there even IS a combat. Aregano's intention is to avoid it.

Spike should let Aregano know before he gets the collar off, so Aregano can lower him...the Mage Hand only holds 20lbs...

Standard action, so you have this round and next round you can finish and move/turn into shifter/etc.

What square did the giants mace land in? She has reach so I figure it could have landed anywhere within 2 squares of her. Also by mace I assume it is made of metal?

...After two days anything I do short of turning into an ancient red dragon and just eating the giant will be a let down. Especially since all I was going to do was hurl her club into the drink (then possibly Blunder her in after it when she runs onto the docks).

I haven't checked Lucian At-Wills/Encounters/Dailies for a while, so I was thinking you had some way of turning the mace against her. *Pictures the child getting a faceful of her own mace.*
