It's a normal day in the Guild. Lucario and the rest of the scouting patrol disperse, the mail is delivered to Altaria, who is cheerfully frolicking throughout the Guild, handing out letters and the sort, Greninja, Toxicroak and Seismitoad make their exit.

When out from the back busts Exploud.

The loudest Pokemon in the Guild and the resident loudspeaker of Glendan.

In as loud of a voice as he can make, Exploud shouts "ISIS, IX, AND TWITCH! PLEASE REPORT TO GUILDMASTER COBALION'S OFFICE!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!"
If anyone were asleep in the Guild, they were now woken by his mighty shout.

As the Explouds call reverberates across the guildhall Twitch slams his claws over his ears, silently cursing (though not for the first time) his own exceptional hearing. Not wishing to keep the guildmaster waiting he spreads his wings and releases his hold on the beam he hung from - only to moments later collide face first with the floor. Rubbing his stinging nose he lets out a few cries, readjusting his senses, before again taking wing and flapping down the corridors as fast as he is able.

After a half dozen near collisions Twitch finds himself outside the door to Cobalion's office. Looking around nervously he pauses and awaits the arrival of the others before heading inside.

Isis groggily picks some snow from the cavities of her ears as she moves by Exploud on the way to Cobalion's office, offering some passing words.
"You won't get any cute girls if you keep ruining their beauty sleep like that."
*Yawn*.

After the shock of the yell had passed and a quiet bustle returned to the guild floors as what members still dawdled in it went back to their business. In a shadowy corner of the guild floor, a ball of fur wriggled as IX uncurled herself. Stretching lightly, then taking a quick look around the floor, she lightly tread across the guild along its walls, and slipped through the door to the quarters below outside the Exploud's notice.

Exploud shrugs as Isis walks by him. "SAY WHAT YOU WILL!"

As everyone arrived at the door, they were all greeted by a Pancham. Wearing a cape, bandages around the lower half of his waist, and a pair of peculiar sunglasses. "You lazies finally decided to show up! They call me Po, but you can call me Bro! Whichever works better for you guys!" The Pancham let out a loud laugh, until the door opened from the inside, Cobalion's stern face greeting the group. "I'm glad the three of you were able to make it. Po, you as well... Now, you can all come right in!" Cobalion moved out of the way.

"Greetings, Po. I'm Isis."
She greets the panda as a formality, but otherwise pays him little attention as she enters.

IX nodded her head at each of the others in greeting, dipping her head with special respect towards the Guildmaster, before silently walking into the room.

Twitch smiles broadly but says nothing as he waddles forward and into Cobalion's office. More then anything he is trying to keep up a good impression for the guildmaster - and falling over his own feet (or worst, risking flying directly into him) would do little to help his case.

As they walk into the office, the door closes and Cobalion walks over to his desk. "Greetings, explorers. I have a mission for you four. Now, as you know, Altaria's son, Swablu, is quite the curious little one. However, he recently went missing in the nearby forest. We'd like for you to investigate, as I want to put you guys to the test, and this job came up at the perfect time. As of now, I am officially declaring the 4 of you a rescue team, and this is your first mission!

"Sure. Meet you tomorrow then."
Isis starts heading out.
