The Council's DownfallThe Council, a group of five men who wield great power over the city. Their votes alone have caused people to rise to power, as well as unseat others in positions of power and cause downfalls. They work with the Imperial Armies, always vigilant and ready to take action. You are part of a small unit of The Resistance, a group dedicated to cleansing the city of such evils. Your leaders have assigned you six, a small task-force to unseat three members of the Council and replace them with Resistance members. The only problem is that they have also warned you that your unit may have been infiltrated by at least one member of the Imperial Spies, and that they may try to sabotage your missions. They can only sabotage missions they are on, otherwise they would reveal themselves and be eliminated, so you must use this to your advantage.

Mission 1 - Councilman JoelCouncilman Joel is one of the worst on the Council, often allowing corporations that have their hands in drug trafficking as well as human trafficking to grow larger while shutting down laws that would benefit the city. He will be in the East District at a shady nightclub known as The Shocker where he will be enjoying the fruits of his labors in the form of high end call girls as well as copious amounts of synthetic cocaine. This is a two person mission, and all of the information you need will be uploaded to your COMM units when you approach the operation site. Please elect a two person task-force to go in and put Councilman Joel out of his misery.

The Rules:(1) Leadership will rotate based on the order everyone signed up.
(2) You have 48 hours to PM me your vote after a Leader has proposed a team, on whether or not the team should be allowed to go on the mission.
(3) Ties on mission proposals are failures.
(4) Five failed mission proposals fail the entire mission.
(5) Only one Fail is required for any approved mission team to fail the mission.
(6) If you are Resistance on an accepted mission, you must PM me a Success.
(7) If you are Spy on an accepted mission, you may PM me either Success or Fail.
(8) First team (Resistance or Spies) to reach 3 points wins.
(9) You may not quote your PMs from me.
(10) If I do not receive your vote on a mission team within the allotted time, it will be counted as a "No" and noted as a defaulted vote.
(11) Team proposals will be listed in the order I receive them, as well as who voted each way.
(12) Pass or Fail cards will not be revealed in a specific order and no names are given.

Fair warning, this game will include power roles, but they will not be made public, though those holding them may say what they are. Beware, it will not be beneficial to announce your role. The game will begin when everyone has checked in after receiving their role PM, at that time, the first Team Leader may propose the first two person team.
