the thing about omnipotence is that "the ability to do anything" and "the ability to do anything effortlessly" are somewhat different and effort isn't a concept i fully understand

i'm not sure it is possible to do anything "effortlessly", as if it was i feel like that wouldn't be doing something, but rather just something happening

there is a line in the song that goes you don't need to change its boring being the same and i thought that was seemingly a contradiction because the singer was simultaneously advocating for change and for staying the same but i realized that same in this context probably means same (as everyone else) and thus the context of change is change (to become the same) so it makes sense but it is still amusing to me
