Can you copy my role without me losing it?

How can you be "pro town" when the rules heavily imply that each monster has its own win con? Do you have any indication that you have asked in the early game, or that your win con it's compatible with others'?

I was just going along with you all hypocritical bullshít. Like I'm not mafia or a "threat" to the "town". My wincon is compatible with yours unless you happen to be a survivor and I kill you I guess. I don't personally gain anything from accelerating the timetable.

i picked CL because i figured people would be afraid of him and thus see him as a decent day 1 lynch all else being equal. There's not much basis to push a wagon on one person over any other right now, not knowing people's win cons.

Could someone please describe to me what exactly a cult is in this game?

A cult in Mafia means a faction which wins not by removing opponents from the game, but instead by making them join the cult faction. This makes an unchecked cult quite dangerous, as they can gain a lot of voting power, and sometimes gain access to abilities and information which normally wouldn't be in the hands of an antagonistic faction.

Everybody is a lynch candidate, some are just easier than others. And information is vital here. First we need to establish if the cult is a major threat, by which I mean nobody can win with it. If it's a benign cult there's no need to get hype over it and it can be used to convert undesirable win cons. If it is a major threat but tied to the emerald we need to find a way to neutralize the emerald instead of just assuming killing the carrier will do that. If we kill the carrier and the emerald just drops into another's waiting hands then the cult lives on and we lose track of it.

Here's a way wild idea. Rag can post her role on to the game thread, like full on quote mode. This will disseminate all the information we need about the cult, Zinger will be able to peep it and should auto copy if it if it's true. He can then confirm it under NLP. If the cult is benign then we kill CL just for funsies (and mostly because he's obviously an SK). If it's not then we lynch one cultist and CL can kill the other and then we kill Monster because I suspect those are the hands that the emeralds drop to and she wins if she gets all the emeralds or something.

My main conclusion here is that Queenie almost certainly has an emerald which provides its holder with a powerful ability, because why else would she think that's the case with Rag?

I can neither confirm nor deny that I have the red emerald at this time.

Hypothetically though, if I did have an emerald I could be drawing conclusions about the setup of the game based on that information. Conversely I could have information about the emeralds in general with the endgame of needing to collect one for myself and have drawn conclusions from Rag's and monster's claims in combination with said information. Who is to say? Monster is. She knows everything. Will she say though?
