GM: You all learn the following over a matter of a few hours:

Stirling Trust only existed from 1950 on ward. Before that it was an empty lot, then during the 1800s it had been home to a school house and along with being a Saloon. The school house history is sad and depressing and slightly creepy. While records are sketchy at best it seems that the school house was burned down while it was filled with the students and teachers. Nothing is found regarding who did it or why. The saloon has numerous anecdotes about being haunted with folks seeing kids or hearing screams, it was all attributed to them being drunk. However during one drunk rage a number of folks burned the place down in hopes of getting rid of the evil spirits. During construction of the bank, workers were said to have heard kids laughing along with screams. Over time, people have said that out of the corner of their eye they may see a child or even a group of kids walking around the bank wearing clothing that is either burned or in perfect condition form the 1800s. Some have also said that they can smell smoke but they can not find the source.

After doing his bit of asking around he joins Gabby, "So we're dealing with a real life Ghost Adventures thing with this bank. Loco,"

"Everyone else seems to think the area is haunted by ghosts. People keep claiming to see them...both charred and otherwise." Samuel adds while still flipping through a musty old book. "But that doesnt add up. Not one bit. Absolutely nothing we've found thus far on the history of the place seems to tie into the kidnappings. I see no history of kidnappings in the past so far, no mentions of Mr. Tentacles, and none of the police reports we've been giving had anything do do with burning smells, charred children, or people from a bygone age." He shrugs and shuts the book which causes a small puff of dust to fly up from the table. "It looks like two completely unrelated urban legends just happened to fall onto the same point of the map."

"True... Dang it man, so we maybe lookin' into the wrong thing? What about the places the disappearances happened? Can we get anything about them?" Alejandro suggests, thinking maybe looking into the histories of those locations.

"One was a park or a playground... the other was just a house." Samuel answers in response to Alejandro "Anyone remember the name of the park?"

"I think it was riverside or something like that. I'm going to go and see what the historical society folks say." Gabby gets up closing the book she was looking at.

"We know the monster wants the girl," says John. "Perhaps we should watch her and her house."

"Uhm...." Samuel glances down at the book before him. "Suppose we're not really finding much of use here." He takes up the book and eases it closed. Rising from his chair he makes way towards the rows of books to reshelve it.

"Sounds fine, let's go," replies John.

Once you get over to the historical society and ask for the information one of the three little old ladies says with a sweet voice "Oh you wanna know about the bank? Well according to my great great great grandma back when it was a school a cult burned it down or at least that's the family story. However, Betty's dad worked on the bank"

She points to Betty who is reading a paper, but hearing her name she looks over at you all and says "Dad didn't start drinking till he worked on building the bank all those years ago. He said it drove away the voices and screams of the children. The first day he came back and just hugged me tight and kept saying oh god your still alive. Then one night after drinking too much and muttering shut up and stop it he took a gun killed himself." She wipes her eyes

"Like what? it's just a piece of land that's clearly haunted if you believe that sort of thing. Oh sorry for not telling oyu fine folks my name, it's Barbra" She says sitting down "Say, why are you interested in the bank?"

"The lot just gives me the heebee jeebies you know what i mean? I believe there's something going on, but i don't know what. Now what do you kindly tell me why your interested?"
