"Let me spin you a tale," the tea master sat perched on the bar at a little tavern just outside the city. She looked forwards talking to nobody in particular.
"I lived in service to a Queen whom truly I adored but one night..." she seemed transfixed like she was there again.

"My Queen," the tea master burst into the throne room tears in her eyes.
"Yes I've been expecting you, " the queen said smiling. "I know what you and that...postal carrier of yours have been up too."
"I'm sorry my queen it was the only way..."
"It wasn't the only way, " the Queen tapped her throne impatiently. "It was the way you chose. You must take responsibility for your actions."
"I'm sorry my queen, I just thought that... we could throw the perfect tea party. Just you, me, and her but now you've had her arrested, you've let so many out of the jails, look..." she was cut off by the queen.
"I know what you want, she's waiting for you outside the main gates but if you choose this path too there's no coming back. If you choose this path you will never set foot in this kingdom again," the queen stood and walked over to the tea master kissing her on the cheek. "I would hate to lose you, you were the best tea master I've ever had but I understand," she whispered. "I would never blame you."
The tea master nodded tears rolling down her cheek.
She grabbed her tea set from near the throne and ran out the doors down through the city to the main gate jumping into the arms of the royal postal carrier.
"Your looking extra cute love," she said.
"And your crying, did someone hurt you, do I need to kill them?" The postal carrier asked.
"No, no I'm just happy that you're here we can go anywhere we want now, we are free. Where to my love?"
The two looked out over the horizon "I guess wherever this road takes us?" The postal carrier said "for however long we travel it together." And so the two headed off down the path to who knows where.

The tea master finished her story opening her eyes and looking forward at the nobody who she was talking to. To her left she heard a whisper "truly a beautiful story," the voice said softly.
The tea master turned looking at the person standing beside her. It was the queen clad in steel armor. Sword in hand.
"We've not stood in violation of your orders," the tea master said. "We've not stepped foot in the city."
The queen chuckled. "I know Abigail I'm here to give you this, " she handed the tea master an invitation. The master of teas opened it and stared. The note beautifully penned simply read 'who should be invited to my party?'
The tea master smiled. "If it were I in charge I'd invite the Hyrulians and Amber." The queen nodded.
"And what will you do?" The queen asked. "I can't help but notice the mail carrier isn't here."
"Oh she's out hunting," the tea master said smiling "she should be back soon."
"Hunting... what exactly?" The queen asked.
"I mean... you probably know the answer to that, " the tea master sipped from her cup slowly.
"I see, she always was savage, " the queen nodded just as the door to the tavern opened the postal carrier entered with a smile. She walked past the queen brushing her off and up to the tea master. Where the two kissed.
The queen turned to take her leave. "I see your doing well," she smiled. "I hope you enjoy retirement." She exitted the tavern hopping on her horse and riding away.
"What did she want?" The postal carrier asked.
"Nothing important," the tea master smiled. "Let's go have a private tea party." The tea master winked walking out of the tavern off towards the forest and further still from the kingdom she once called home.
