The game wasn't designed with an 'everyone wins' endgame in mind. Honestly, it never occurred to me once that everyone would want to go for that. If it had, I would have made changes to the design.

Considering that's what they were doing in the game you got inspiration from that seemed like poor judgement. XD

That said I don't feel like it needed changing anyways. If that's what players wanted they should have fought for it. Instead everybody decided cruise control was fine and it never is in any mafia game regardless of the design.
