The emeralds dropping is for agame mechanical reason. They either drop randomly into another's waiting hands or to a specific place (monster) for a purpose. Either way if you look at the events and discount possible color continuity, Rag dropped her emerald when lynched. There's no reason to suspect she just automatically gets one back on rezzing. There's much more reason to believe that somebody else has it. They can either sit on it and quash cult "threat" or they will use it on themselves and become new cult leader. Either way the only reason to vote for Rag today is if you are willing to state fully and plainly that your win con is not compatible to a town win con.

Naga was inactive at one point during Day 1, and was prodded as a result. Whether or not Naga ever responded to the prod, if that prod is still ongoing, or if Naga is still presently inactive, I won't say.

People are taking Naga's absence from the thread as a soft-confirmation that Naga is Cyan, to which I'll say, even if those people are correct (and there is no tangible evidence that is the case), they have no way of knowing if Naga is still the same color that he was Day 1.

Naga could have a posting restriction, for all you know, and since voting is in private, there's no way to say he hasn't been voting.
