As for the speed, as I said in the post you've claimed to have ignored, any individual factor of the argument I made by itself isn't going to be enough of a reason, it's the culmination of the three points. Also, MoD, it doesn't help to approach arguing JD using his examples because it takes away from the actual context.

His whole a b c thing I mean. Putting such simple labels on relevant situations just makes it easy for him to twist it how he wants which is why I prefer to speak at length. It helps to preserve the actual events as they are even when talking about them in comparison to others.

The moment someone can recognize that you (the all encompassing you meaning everyone) are speaking purely from your opinion on something, you have no right to claim it as a fact.
