@Storyteller: Out of curiosity, what did you tutor for? I was positively terrified that it'd be a Shatterstorm: particularly with the loss of my mana rocks, I'd have a hard time recovering even without getting hit by Bog. (not to mention eating 21 right away from Shadows)

@True: On your last turn, why didn't you try to cast something precombat main? Story could have killed you on your upkeep, but it would generally be courteous to inform you of that attempt before passing (or just not let you have a turn at all). You'd have an extra card on the stack and be alive at 1 after the sacrifice. I mean, granted, alive at 1 isn't going to do much for you, but it would seem to be something. *shrug*

I think I would have had a chance if I had remembered to keep bojuka.
Also, I remember thinking this deck's mana base sucks, and boy, could I have used a little more blue/red mana.

Yeah, I don't have a ton of instants/sorceries in this deck: Sleep, Rush of Knowledge, Acquire, Mind Spring, Esper Charm and Brilliant Ultimatum. I actually think it's one of my deck's weaknesses that I don't really have a lot of responses, having traded that for moar artifacts. I could probably stand at least to run a Punish Ignorance, and maybe Absorb and/or Undermine for critical scenarios.
