Everyone else is defending my play, but I agree with you that I horribly misplayed it.

Without your claimed cop result, there are strong chances I would have continued to push for a Tevish lynch. I'm not defending your misplay (in fact, it probably single-handedly cost us the game more than anything else), I'm merely commenting that the game was a lot more bastardized than anyone, even the mod, gave it credit for -- a sentiment that PK more or less agreed with.

But there's a lot of blame that can be thrown around. Aaarrrgh voted right away in Lylo without discussion. I jumped ono the "Lynch Naga" train to confirm your cop result when I more or less knew you weren't mafia. Etc, etc.

Oh yeah, the interaction between Naga's role and Rag's was way unintentionally bastard. That was not my intent at all.

I feel KoD's role was riding the line but fair.

Tbh you're the person I'm mad at the least about it, you were the one with the known results and others should know to question all results better instead of taking it at face value *shrug*.

In defense of the penultimate day's town, it's kind of expected (at least with what I remember of the Px2 meta) that reads die with the players that had them. IMO it's a mistake, but it's also a mistake that's not really on anyone in particular so much as the broader meta of Px2 and possibly online mafia in general.

I've been trying to break Px2 of that meta for literal years lol.

Ultimately it's a catch 22. If you put stock into the reads of the dead you open yourself up to allowing the mafia to kill players in order to railroad wrong reads, which imo is why reads are generally discarded with the dead. If there's a solid argument town can maintain that and run with it but the dead often don't build proper cases to carry such arguments forward.

Moral of the story is always run with your strongest case and argue it to death so everybody remembers it. Walls ftw!
