How does your creepy skill manifest visually, and are you trying to hide it in some fashion?

Zeke goes to the edge of the hole, looks over (kneeling near it, probably).

It's certainly deep and dark. In fact, being deep and dark is pretty much the only thing you can say about it. The area beneath is pretty much so vast that you can't see any form of ending in any direction. I'm not going to have you roll (and use your echo) for that though, unless you want to accept a difficulty rating of at least 7.

hm... yeah, at diff 7 I've got to assume it is pitch black and my dice would be likely to be eaten by a grue.

What are the light sources currently in the room?

Yeah. You might make out some bat or insect flying some distance away, but nothing of any use.
There appears to be some electrical lighting in the room, the switch to turn them on is next to either door. You can see quite well inside as it is though.

Are any light sources portable, able to be potentially dropped down the hole to judge its depth?

Zeke will still call down the hole for Wisteria

Nothing seems readily available, but there's a bunch of junk down here, so you could probably find something to make do with given a bit of luck and effort.
