Zau Gwai sniffs at the air and moves up next to Lendir. "More of them huh?" A wide grin spreads across his face as he rushes out into the corridor laughing hysterically. "Run and hide! We're coming for you!" Reaching a branch in the corridor he stops and scouts out the area.

Zau Gwai takes a deep breath and sniffs out two bandits past the open doors ahead. One is standing right by the doors, keeping still. The other one is around the corner in the other direction and her smell is intermingled with the smell of Hong.

Zau Gwai can still take a standard action (or switch it for a move or minor) if he wants. Otherwise, it is Lendir's turn.

With Zau moving foward, Lendir is left to take care of the bandit. "Well, you'll be better sleeping than backstabbing us." He attacks the man, trying to knock him unconscious instead of killing it, before moving closer to the gnoll.

Lendir strikes at the armored bandit but his attack glances off the man's shield. The bandit's face contorts with anger, "Hey, I surrendered!" and punches Lendir as he runs out the door.

As Lendir moves down the hallway, a struggling figure appears in the doorway ahead. Lendir quickly recognizes that it is Hong, struggling against the bandit behind her. Across Hong's neck is a wire, drawing beads of blood as Lendir watches. The bandit barks, "Come any closer and she dies!"

Behind Lendir, he hears the door slam shut as the armored bandit follows him into the hall.
