I really thought the only way it would fail would be if I was wrong about Aaarrrgh - I was that sure about Shock/Alt. Which was my main problem. I need to remember that for next time.

But, I guess the good news is that, unless spies try something crazy with voting, breaking it down like BH did, will work.

Honestly, the game turned out to be more fun than I was expecting - much like my first game of mafia, I see alot of things I would have done differently, and will do differently, in the next game.

Yeah, I was talking about full on gloating. It's rare, but when it does happen it's like a kick in the nads and so satisfying.

I do not think that altimis' arguments were as bad as BH claims. BH never gave altimis the benefit of a doubt, and that looked a lot like a distancing spy tactic to me. As I said, if I could have trusted either of you, I could have trusted both. But because you were both so agressive in arguing with each other, you turned me off. This really wasn't a good game for the resistance, we basically shot ourselves in the foot over and over. Very annoying.

I should have stopped arguing, and if I had started from day one (and still ended up in the same scenario) it wold have been easier for me (mentally) to do so. I had to try and cram two to three missions worth of posts into one mission, and as such time was not on my side.
I was just doing my best with everyone already assuming that I was a spy. It's more difficult than I had expected accepting the role.

All that said, I still had fun. I would have prefered to last at least one mission of course, but as frustrating as it is to get in logistical debates, afterwards, I always end up having fun.

I plan on waiting a couple days, and if no one else proposes a new Resistance game, I'll start a new one up, this time with the Merlin role if not other power roles to play with.

Although I've never done anything more complex than [Merling and Percival], [Lancelot and Lancelot], [Merlin and Excalibur] or [Lady of the Lake and possibly Merlin].
Lancelot and Excalibur were both trainwrecks, the latter especially so.

I just got home from work. Yay! Spies win!

I also want to say that this game got increasingly more fun by pretending the avatars were saying the things that were said.
My favorites were Milhouse, a mouse, and a really young Batman all duking it out lol.

Haha doesn't seem like that mattered much. The resistance people were doing pretty good at arguing with each other enough to deflect most of the suspicions away from both of us.

A new sign up thread has been started here. Talking to BH, he may be willing to take the reins on this one, so no guarantees on roles in the game. If he doesn't want to take it over, I plan on putting the Merlin role into play, but nothing is carved in stone as of yet.
