by advanced do you mean bastard?

By Advanced I mean that it will have a lot of complicated mechanics, rules, and roles that you won't normally find in a regular Mafia game. Bastard generally means that you can't trust anything, not even the GameMod. Advanced =/= Bastard.

How organized is this burgeoning community? Is anyone allowed to just throw up a signup thread?

In my defence, this mafia game is more based on the video game than the classic epic that I have, sadly, yet to read. It is on my list of books to tackle next year though (this year is already full; so many books, so little time).

It is slowly burgeoning, but it is actually noticeably expanding, whereas some other online communities that needn't bear mentioning were doing the opposite...

As far as I know, yes you can just throw down any sign-up you like. Just bear in mind how many games are being run at the moment and how likely it is to fill up yours.

we should probably set up a queue though. considering how long it's taking for this to fill up, it seems like a bad idea to have multiple games competing for players.

I think, as long as you don't mind waiting, feel free to throw it up anytime. It's clear that we can't support too many games right now, but, we are growing, and there are some people who have played in past games that are not in any of the current ones (mafia/dethy/resistance) so...you never really know.

A queue would probably work better,maybe with up to 3 slot for games of 5(7?) or less players on a first come,first served basis?
