I'm looking for a place to run a Play-by-Post game of Pokemon Tabletop Adventures with friends of mine who have gone off to college and/or are not around. Is it alright if I use the Structured Play-by-Post area to run a game for them? I have five people interested so I only have a little space for people here that might be interested in playing, so I thought it appropriate to ask before inviting a bunch of people not from these forums to come here. (And probably be exclusive to one place) |

*looks over at the Duels of the Planeswalkers sub-forum* We basically did it with an entire sub-forum. Can't see any reason anyone would have an issue with you doing it for a few people. Just so long as you don't mind me reading along. Didn't even know there was a Pokemon Tabletop thing. |

Ya, it's still technically in Beta, but once they get Gen 6 down they will release a full version. My only problem with it is that there is a whole lot of math involved. And I'm bad a math |

Yes. Yes you may. Of course we encourage them to wander of to other parts of the site or even to chat about the pokemon RPG up in the RPG General Discussion area... but we're not going to force it on anyone. Appreciate you asking first though, if you ever need anything or have any questions for the Play By Post Areas feel free to ask here in Setup Zone or contact myself or Gobo_Scarlet. |

Ya, and after I gauge how many of them actually commit to playing, I'll post back here if I have any space |

A couple people weren't able to submit, so I have two open slots if anyone's interested |

Are you in a rush to start this? Because I'm interested, but will need a couple of days to read the rules and get a grasp of the game. |

I would like to start this week, but that should not make you feel the need to rush. The good thing about the PTA is that it can easily be run for one person, so as soon as one player gets completely set up I can start for them and add the rest in as they finish. |

I'll do some reading and report back, then. Feel free to rush/yell at/kick me if I'm taking too long. I'm also going to PM you if I need any help. Is that ok? |

Is there still a slot open for this? I would be interested but I don't want to jump in and steal Fel's position or anything. |

Yup, I had two open slots, so if you want to jump in that would be fine. |

To get more attention, consider changing the title of the thread to advertise that you have open slots. |

Well, with Garren and Felbatista, those slots are full, so I'm not really actively looking for anymore players, altho I might be able to squeeze another one in. And I don't know how to change the thread name... |

Ah. Well it was mostly just a suggestion, I wasnt actively reading the thread to be up to date on the status. But in the future if you need a sub player or something like that: Editing the first post will let you edit the title bar. So you could changed it to "Ragrio's Pokemon Trainer Adventure [Game Full]" or whatever |

Hey Ragrio. First thanks for letting me play. Second for the benefit of those of us who joined via the forum any thing to know about character creation or just as the standard rules? |

Thanks for the advice BH. I will change the title @Garren: Standard Rules, altho I will be providing each character with a random complementary TM, and I would prefer (but will allow) that no one makes a coordinator, because if only 1 person is a coordinator, that's a whole lot of extra work I have to do just for one person. |

I've got a slot open up, and another slot might be about to open up, so if anyone else is interested in playing feel free to post. |
