I am creating a character but before going on with the creation I wanted to ask you if you had any suggestions - proposals etc... So far I was thinking of playing a "Sword Saint" (Kensai) kind of character...in love with his sword...fixated on fitness...that kind of thing...but as I said I am open to suggestions...

Oh one more thing, for some reason myth weaver doesn't accept yahoo accounts...is it possible to create the PC on another platform? Also open to suggestions!

Yeah, you're free to use another online character sheet. The myth weavers one for 5e is not in a great place atm anyway.

By the way the names on the character sheet are swift snake each in Vietnamese, Cantonese and Greek so Lower Elven, Common and Tiefling

I am not familiar with this rule, do you have a citation for it? Regardless, there is no redundancy. The monk class gives you a choice of two of six skill proficiencies, only one of which is shared with the outlander background, so you'd just choose an option other than Athletics. Same with tool proficiency. You picked flute from outlander, so you just pick another instrument or artisan's tools for monk. If you could switch out Animal Handling and Herbalist Kit for Acrobatics and Woodcarver's Kit on your sheet, that would be great.

As an FYI, you are proficient with the longsword, but it is not a monk weapon and you cannot use any of the monk features requiring a monk weapon with it.

BtW there are some items in my inventory that aren't in the book: tatami mat, tengai hat, pet snake (non venomous) I adjusted my remaining money a little lower than what it would be without them.

I changed the privacy settings for the document but the form fillable aspect is lost over the passage to google drive or so it seems perhaps using one of the other suggested applications one can edit it.

Allowing me to edit the sheet is unnecessary. I can't edit anyone else's sheet.

As an FYI, Japanese cultural things would be associated with the eladrin. It's completely okay for you to include this but wood elves and eladrin are distinct and separated cultures.

Climbing on a bigger creature treats that larger creature as difficult terrain and landing on difficult terrain from a jump requires a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check to not fall prone, so I used Swift Snake's second Athletics roll for that.

I lowered the dragon's damage when I thought it might be too much with its legendary actions but these DCs are low low low.
