All a learning experience after all, and the conference floor seemed a good idea at the time, and never know, it might still be handy until it gets renovated? It turns out that we art working as a tenant advocate this way, so we trust thou art not a terrible landlord too! How's the time frame looking for that extra bit of building? And at least thee know how to go about it without too much trouble as well.

Garden wedding, it is our summer after all, and we found a garden filled with dinosaurs and fae >.>. It means that sacrifice will be necessary of course, so there are a few not favourite relatives coming. Everything should work out rather well on that front, the fae are happy, dinosaurs fed, and don't need to listen to annoying aunties. Admittedly we started planning about 18 months ago as Lorna's family is over Scotland way, so needed to give them lots of time to decide if can come and save.

Can't tell if we're good tenants or not yet, we're just a few months in from when we started(they'd better say yes). Currently the party venue/conference room could make money but not as big as the dorms, we already got 2 bookings for company Christmas party. I'm sure December would be when we could make the most out of it but January to November would be pretty lean when it comes to booking. Renovating that room would probably happen in 2020, we're financially depleted right now. We will also need to have it assessed if it could still carry the extra weight of walls and plumbing.

Wish I thought of that during my wedding, that much less of a hassle when it comes to some relatives...:doh::doh:

All the best of luck then, aye? Just remember the woodchipper! And thee know, a bit of rest here and there after the stressfulness of all that. Anything in particular that made thee decide to own a building to rent out though?

In a creepy way, so very true. Plus I want something that gives steady income and my kids can inherit in the future. Still miss working though.

I randomly decided to check in on the old wargame, and this was the most recent thing I could find. Occasionally I will see a former player while scrolling on LinkedIn. Hope all is well with everyone.

As much as I wish the population for it had lasted... yeah, I hope so too.

Hi all,
Exciting times in the Coalition War Game discussion! The strategic maneuvers and collaborative efforts showcased are impressive. The synergy among participants is palpable, demonstrating the power of teamwork in simulated warfare. Kudos to all involved—may the discussions continue to be a melting pot of innovative tactics and shared insights. Ready for the next level of strategic brilliance.
