Wreck Age is a post-collapse 28mm tabletop skirmish miniatures game and is also a narrative RPG.

The world of Wreck Age is rich and varied, allowing you to use this starter box as a jump off point for a variety of campaigns and
encounters limited only by your imagination.

We're proud to announce our first starter box, which allows 2 people to play Wreck Age. It features the vampyric Stitchers and the
barbaric Drifters. Showdown @ Burnt Tierra Gulch features 8 pewter miniatures, 4 pieces of resin terrain, waypoint tokens, a scenario
pack, and quickstart rules. Miniatures come unpainted and unassembled.

Many of the haggard and dilapidated roads and trails through the Wilds of Merika leave travelers exposed the elements. Burnt Tierra
Gulch offers protection from the weather for the caravan paths and walking trails that converge there. Due to the high rate of traffic, it
holds strategic significance to both the Stitchers and the Drifters in the Area, either for the organs they can harvest, or the goods they
can take. Playing Showdown at Burnt Tierra Gulch will determine who will control the gulch, and in turn, the resources that flow
through it.

Welcome back Matt,

Just remember that we'd like to see some actual discussion and not just a copy paste of your product descriptions. There was a bit of grumbling the last time you started posting Wreck Age stuff becuase people were asking questions and looking for information about the system but you were only replying with copy-paste ad material rather than actually discussing it with them. I personally have no issue with you posting WA stuff here on the site and enjoy a fresh system and conversation about stuff away from the default RPG systems, but I must remind you of the site Code of Conduct:

Code Of Conduct wrote:
  • You are not permitted to post about or start threads advertising for-profit websites or services.
Exception: You may post a link to gaming-related Kickstarters or similar crowd-funding sites. Please provide content other than just the link - discuss the project, etc. All other rules - such as bumping - apply.

So please keep that in mind and help me help you spread the word about your game by actually having content driven discussion rather than simply posting advertisements. If you all you do is advertise I'm afraid your posts are going to be moderated and future attempts to link to the Wreck Age product site could warrant action against you account for continued breaches of the site CoC.

Thanks Matt.

Oh, I completely understand. Schilling the product is one of my least favorite parts of this operation and I deserve any and all banishments from forums that I get.

That being said, anyone have any questions about Wreck Age?

Then stop schilling and start discussing. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar anyway.

I understand that sentiment and I really wish I had the time to dedicate to having more organic discussions at every site I post at, but admittedly with posts such as this I was just trying to cast a wider net about the release. It wasn't my intention to bug any user or mod I can assure you, and I read the code of conduct when I signed up some time ago (when there was actually a Kickstarter involved) and just continued my behavior with these solicitations as I had when I was promoting the KS.

Call it desperation or laziness or what you will, but I must apologize if my actions seemed 'vinegary'.

If anyone here is interested in Wreck Age at all we are creative commons sharealike, so there are a number of torrents out there with the rule book or I can shoot you a link for it. That's about the best olive branch I can think up ;)
