Voting for the 2014 ENnie Awards is now open!

The ENnies are the gaming industry's marquee awards, handed out every year at GenCon. They started off on EN-World and were awarded only to d20 products, but now encompass pretty much all of gaming. Publishers send their material to the judges, who review everything and develop the list of nominees. Once the nominees are announced, voting is open to the public. At the ceremony, a Silver and Gold award are handed out in each category.

Go vote for your favorites from this year! And, if you don't know what to vote for, I'm honored to have a product I busted my ass on be nominated in 5 categories. I would appreciate votes for all of the Razor Coast nominations. You'll find Razor Coast nominated in Best Cartography, Best Cover Art, Best Setting, and Product of the Year. You'll find Razor Coast - Heart of the Razor nominated for Best Adventure.

Voting runs until July 30th, and winners are announced at GenCon.

It's crazy hard to win an ENnie when Paizo and/or Fate and/or Monte Cook's Numenara are nominated in the same category as you.

That said... Heart of the Razor won a Silver ENnie for Best Adventure! I said going into the event that getting nominated was good enough. But as various awards went to others throughout the night, it was hard not to feel disappointed. So when HotR was announced as the Silver winner, it was a bit cathartic for my buddy Lou and me as we got up and made our way to stage.

For anybody who voted - whether for my stuff or not - thank you. That's what helps drive the show each year.
