In any game, there's always some thing that's cheesy or overused by other people and sources. Can anyone put down some cliches to avoid? I personally need help in finding out what to avoid.

Straight up revenge story-lines. Stories beginning where the main character has amnesia. "It was all a dream" for endings. Those are the big three that annoy the living hell outta me.

*sigh*

You're showing your age, Old Man. For those who don't know, the Stormwind Fallacy was coined about 8 years ago by Tempest_Stormwind in a rare moment of hubris. Boiled down to its essentials, it simply means that "rollplaying" and roleplaying aren't mutually exclusive.

Loremaster has Tempest's original post saved.
