While this show is generally about video games, I thought this was a pretty cool video for DMs to keep in ind as well. It talks about The Magic Circle, building a world for players to immerse themselves in and to find a new reality to belong to while playing. While it is about video game design, I found it ran parallel to a lot of campaigns as well.

Good video, in fact I like every video I've seen of theirs, just find the guys voice a bit annoying.
