hey ive been racking my brain trying to remember a tabletop rpg cus i thought i had it saved

its a post apocalyptic rpg but your character is turning into a demon or something like it you can get powers like regeneration and shape shifting and the more ranks you put into it the more horrifying it looks to others i know it was modern day post apocalypse and the art style for it is quite iconic can someone help me out?

Maybe a Whitewolf game from their World Of Darkness line? Not sure about the apocalyptic bit though.
