That's okay, I'm currently redoing mine to remove Ritual Casting and add in Alchemy.

Skype game is going well enough, though ranger is a bit redundant, but I knew that when I made the character.

Twin Strike!

So how do we get more D&D players here? Would love to see more activity.

*He says while posting on Thanksgiving day* ^_^

In any case, I've advertised among my friends; three popped into the Mines setup, but I hope they'll kick up their feet and partake in the other games, as well.

I had another set of D&D playing friends back when I was stationed in Nebraska, which I might be able to reach on Facebook or something.

Other than that, once content for it is able to really start showing up here, audiences will come. I don't think we should try to advertise on other people's forums — feels like a bit of a faux pas. Advertising on the mothership was purposeful, it was a rebellion, a bridge burning. But beyond putting a link in a signature block for another forum you frequent, I don't know if it should be more overt than that.

Hey, what I choose to do with my Turkey Day is my business! =P

All my D&D pals from when I was stationed in Korea probably dont even remember me, nor do I have any real way to hunt em down. And all my other ones prefer to play IRL and dont do the whole forums thing.

Plus I dont FaceSpace or MyBook or whatever the cool kids do these days, so I cant post about it lol. So I'm gonna focus on posting, and hope peoples show up.

What is it with rogues and wizards that run into combat full speed away from both the tank and the healer. Gah!

Hey, I'm a sorcerer! And in all fairness, I didn't run into combat, I got ambushed while walking twenty feet ahead of the group.

I played a sorcerer built to run into combat for a while (GM asked me to for plot purposes, gave me a summary of the character, and I put it together). Well, I guess he was also a paladin, and the PrCs were what actually made it viable, but his spells were his principle defenses and offensive tricks. Sorcadin builds are fun to play.

I've still never played a hybrid character. I should try it out sometime.

Same, I tend to keep my characters in a single class. Except for the Cleric / Summoner in Pathfinder. I made my eidolon summon attached to my character, made the eidolon (and through it, myself) undead, and as a cleric took the damaging burst so that everyone would take 1d6 damage and I'd heal that damage in a 30 foot radius.

Ordered a few books off Ebay, one of them had a Chinese fortune in the pages.

Yes, I now have an extra copy of it.

I was looking for a Divine Power cause I didnt have one, and found Divine Power, Eberron Players Guide, Arcane Power and an old 3.0 Deep Horizon all for $15.00 USD (Including Shipping). So I snagged it up.

I've got multiple copies of a few books now cause I've found group lots too cheap to pass up. Its like a Steam sale but for D&D books, so instead of having four copies of Portal, I have have three copies of PHB 2 =P

I used to multiclass a lot in 2e, but with the plethora of prestige classes in 3e, I found it unnecessary anymore. And with the open and simple class system, I found it very easy to just build the class I wanted to play or find it in one of the many books, rather than actually multiclass.

In 4e, class building was ridiculously time-consuming if you wanted to homebrew something original, due to the player expectation of the encyclopedia of powers each class had. And multiclassing is a shadow of itself in that edition. So, I just never did.
