Anyone else here habitually on Steam? What is your favorite game to play on PC, and how many hours of your life have you missed for it? For me, it's Borderlands 2 with 63 hours so far...

I have 1330 hours of tf2 but I don't play it any more
I played like 500ish hours of Battlefield Bad Company 2 and I don't play that either
and just over 300 hours of Stalker Call of Pripyat

There are some other games with >100 hours but I don't want to list them all

That is both disturbing and impressive, Ko!

It's on and off for me. Every time a sale happens, I'll check it out and sometimes I'll play a game for a long period of time. But with the sheer number of games I play, there are periods where I don't log into Steam at all.

Most played games are Football Manager 2012 (650 hours), Recettear (200+) and Skyrim.

It's been a while since I actually played a game. I've probably spend too much time on Team Fortress 2.

Normally spend quite a bit on Steam playing various things...

But I'm more or less burned out on video games at the moment again and focusing more on my Tabletop and Online RPG habits. As well as working on my project car.

I heard about that, I don't get it. Does it do anything special? Why not a computer using a hdmi to the telly?

Its setting up for steamboxes and other dedicated gaming rigs for pcs. Valve is essentially selling a console for PC gamers so they can play all their favorites on the couch. SteamOS is also capable of streaming games from your computer to the steambox and then to the tv over your home network, which means even games that aren't linux supported can still be played by using your existing computer, fixing the largest issues with SteamOS being a linux gaming platform (compared to say, OUYA lol).

That said if your first thought is how you'd rather hook it up to your tv its probably not for you. I'm curious how it turns out though and what kinda features are available for it, being able to play on the couch while still having access to steam overlay would be great.

I've become a trader recently, buying and selling games or items to earn steam dollars to buy stuff. The only impressive stat I have is 775 hours on tf2 but that's from almost 4 years of playing. Also 120 hours in binding of isaac.

300 seems a bit much. I'm almost done already... Just need chest with each character and sheol and cathedral with ???. Although I may have unlocked stuff with ??? already. I've died with the ankh so much I don't pay attention.

Yeah, I really played that game too much, I just loved the random elements.

Have you got the "beat this much of the game without being damaged" achievements? Those were the most difficult.

Yeah, but I had to get them all twice V:

When I first played the game it was during that Christmas thing where you get coal for doing achievements, but I had never played Isaac so I hacked to get to krampus super fast which in turn got me some achievements. I recently reset the game so I could do it all over again and it's really fun. If you have the wotl dlc, then you can just use the special challenge runs to get 0 damage achievements. Especially the meat boy one.
