If anyone here plays or is interested in playing I'd be down for games. I have friends I play with regularly, but we have a free spot almost always. New or old to the game it's all good with me. I guess it is safe to say that I am a dota-holic also, and although I don't have a lot of time to play currently I watch a lot of games/read Dota 2 subreddit instead to fill the urge. |

I never could get into either LoL or DotA2. They are a lot of fun to watch, but I am just terrible at playing them. ~SE++ |

Dota 2 has a steeper learning curve, but once you get over that and start having fun learning about the intricacies of the game and enjoy them it can be insanely fun. And addictive. If you'd like I can play some bot games with you some time to learn and just have fun with it. |

Playing one or two games now and again isn't time consuming. I mean, it's a match-based game, there is no real rush. You just had no real input other than a statement and probably just favouritism for all I know. Alliance or Na'Vi, and even orange could have won. Na'Vi could have won gold had it not been for S4's Puck. The 5th game was one hairline thin close game; and it was a full set series being 5 games. Had their tp not been cancelled the game could have gone in Na'Vi's favour. |

what do you think of "DeMoN" I thought he was on EG but apparently I was wrong. he moved to korea apparently to try and get good at dota (which is weird because koreans are not so great at this game I hear) do you think he will find a team? |

Post subject: | Re: Dota 2 |
EG, like many post-TI#, teams had a roster change. Theirs was really recent. I think it was this month. I don't care to keep track of him since I was never a fan of EG to begin with. Iirc he played mid lane a lot of the time. My main problem with EG, him guilty of this from some of the games I did watch, is that they tend to throw. As in they are in a good position to win and completely just throw the match in the most disappointing ways possible. Sometimes he is just overly aggressive or his positioning is really weird that it results in his death. SexyBamboe (who is out of EG too) is probably the worst when it comes to this. I didn't know he went to Korea. I need to check on that. Last I read about him he was thinking of taking time off for school. He'll find a team. I think Korea has the sense now that to compete internationally they have to know how the different regional scenes work. |

MLG is like 10% content 90% rebroadcast its sickening also liquipedia says that demon is on EG again but I was watching his stream on teamliquid.net (it came up under "starcraft II" for some reason) and he had no stream overlay. He wrote a blog on tl.net as well but I didn't read all of it and it could have been by someone else and I just confused the two. |

I haven't read of him getting back with EG. That would mean one of the new add-ins would be booted out which makes no sense. That's money lost for the buy/trade on EG's part. If anything DeMoN may have just been standing in for a match or series. You may have confused DeMoN with Blitz. Blitz is going to Korea. One of the best personalities in all of Dota; such a friendly and knowledgeable guy. He streams on twitch from time to time. |

I enjoy DOTA, even if I'm not that good at if. I have 100-200 games under my belt, but I still manage to feed more than I probably should. |
