I'm sorry i mudded up your other thread

Gems of War is by the makers of Puzzle Quest. Ever play that? It's like crack-cocaine for white people. It's basically Bejeweled infused with RPG elements that you can level up troops to make your gem matches produce something called MANA (new concept for you maybe) which you use to cast SPELLS and such. Because it's free-to-play there's all sorts of in-game currencies to spend on various items that get you different rarity troops (from common to mythic, like Hearthstones). There's also this huge map with various kingdoms to conquer which scratches the itch of my wargaming conquest side. There's a robust PvE function in the quests and challenges. And there's a VERY rewarding PvP function where you can play against other people's AI-controlled "decks" which consist of 4 different troops that combine using various colour mana.
But the gameplay itself is gem-matching (like Bejeweled) so you have to be able to at the very least tolerate that. The real fun, for us, is in the deck construction and acquiring the rare stuff. I am AWFUL at deck construction (as you know) so that's why I'm posting here cuz some people enjoy that aspect more than me.
There are also two mini-games which are both great
TREASURE MAPS - you can aquire these hard to find items and they let you hunt for treasure which gives you a set number of turns to match items to increase their payout. At the end, you get whatever is left on the screen.
ARENA - much like hearthstone, you draft a common, rare and ultra-rare. All three will be max-level and you pick a weapon for your hero to go along with it. If you get 8 wins out of 8, you get a big payout. my first time i got 8 wins and it was awesome.
i love you
