I'm not sure how you manage to double post so often.

Sort of impressed that they ditched it. Blizzard remains one of the better game developers, and with HotS and Heartstone, I guess it won't be too much of a setback.

The forums used to do that to me as well. :) Don't know why it stopped actually.

So GOG is having a big Fall sale apparently, with something about collecting stickers every day and getting Witcher 2 and... some gaming movie for free once you have seven stickers. I'm willing to buy something for a few bucks every day for that. I was highly tempted to get Witcher 2 when it was on sale last time GOG had a big sale, which was probably at the same time as the Steam Summer Sale.

EDIT: Apparently you don't even need to buy a game, you just need to log in every day (not even sure it needs to be every day or whether it's just "log in on seven separate days while this deal is on") to get Witcher 2 and... *checks*... The Gamers: Director's Cut for free. Even better. Plus they're offering Mount & Blade (it says it's a "Medieval action RPG") for free for the next roughly 21 hours if you're the least bit interested.

Can't really blame them. At this point going up against WoW with a subscription-based model is like actively trying to not exist. At least with freemium they might recoup a tiny fraction of the money the no doubt shoveled into the project to begin with. Doubt it though.
