I haven't added anything to the Generator in a long time. I did write the side quest prompt, but I'm not sure about the pronouncing his own name thing. I'm thinking that's actually a very unlikely coincidence. EDIT: Looking into this, it seems that there is about a 50% chance that, if this prompt calls the "how to pronounce" concept, it will be the protagonist's own name. I don't remember doing that, but it seems like something I would do.
