Since Venser was left on New Phyrexia, I was wondering if it would be possible for Jin-Gitaxias to transfer its consciousness into a small artifact that could then be surgically transferred into Venser's brain. And the question that followers - would this allowed Jin-Gitaxias to integrate itself with Venser's spark, effectively gaining access to the Blind Eternities?

The Spark is not a physical thing, or else Yawgmoth would have been 'walking around the Multiverse with Dyfed's. Venser's spark died with him.

Maybe, maybe not. I mean there's a number of possibilities for what happened there. (Whatever is claimed in the actual text is... really the only possibility that we know for sure makes ZERO sense.)

Can you imagine if Current Creative here om claims that every part of Venser carries a spark? And we see Jin having his hands/hand/foot/feet/ testicles and he can now planeswalk?!

That would be silly. I was more thinking of Jin resleeving into Venser's old body.

There's no real reason he'd want to do that.
Flesh is the enemy of metal. It's the height of imperfection.

Brady once shared with us that if Karn didn't somehow safeguard his body, chances are the Phyrexians would have just dumped it in the vats to be processed.

It's possible that's changed since Brady left of course but yeah it doesn't seem like they have any particular reason to care about Venser's body in particular. He's dead; spark's gone.

Sparks can be transferred. I don't really see the issue with Venser's sacrifice. I mean, after all we got rid of Venser and got to keep Karn. Win/win.

I liked Venser. It was fun blinking stuff and exiling my opponents lands into a slow concession. :(
