According to the Legends article, we should get Killian's story on the 30th (don't see why they can't do it on Wednesday the 28th unless we get something else that day).

This one felt abrupt and almost incomplete? The prose was different, but not bad.

I try so hard to love magic's flavor. And somebody seems to be trying equally hard to make me hate the story. I always feel like I've ben force-fed market-tested executive-led pap. I only dip my toes into the storyline once or twice per set, and each time I'm more reluctant to do so again. Great way to run a rand guys.
The side stories are pretty good.

I don't know why, but the idea of Magic's story being good and bad at the same time is hilarious to me.

Zimone's story is the first one of the side stories that i don't really like, and that is mostly because of the ending or the non existence of one. I find myself wondering what happened to the other half of this story. :p

The thing i find hysterical is the fact that the side stories this set have been great, but that that only highlights how aweful the main narrative is. I was chuckling everytime they name-dropped a dean in the main story for no good reason (why is Uvilda even mentioned in that latest story?) When at the same time the side stories do a great job showing the dichotomies within the colleges and fleshing out the deans.

The final story is here:

Pretty good, and Kilian's quite relatable. However, I'm disappointed that Silverquills are in fact not cursing like sailors.

I thought most of these side stories were delightful.
I would rank them:
1 Quintorius
2 Dina
3 Killian
4 Rootha
5 Zimone

Zimone's story was the only one that really didn't click for me.

EDIT: i love how crucial Quint is in regards to Killian's inner transformation, by giving him that book.

Going through my chaff build projects that never really came together, it dawned on me, they crammed Kasmina into Strixhaven (I'd argue they crammed literally every walker into the setting. Seriously, did a single one of them have any organic reason to do any of this?!) But did we get any inkling whatsoever of what it was that scared her so bad to start assembling the magic equivalent to the X-Men?

(And actually, let me reiterate that the walkers were all horrendously out of place.)

We get the impression that her Illuminati project might have been expunged from canon, since all she does is observe people for their "potential". Such a shame, she had the potential to be a great villain instead of a non-character basically.

I didn't get that impression at all, what are you talking about?
