You know this means that the Eldrazi are just really obnoxious passengers who sort of wander into dining cars, eat all the food, then eat all the passengers, then wander somewhere else...

Actually a lot about the Multiverse makes sense when translated into the setting of an infinitely long train.

I mean a lot of things very decidedly do not make sense but a surprising amount of material translates!
