Best case scenario: two out of the five guilds that will support Bolas are not aligned to but to and . Either Boros & Simic or Azorius & Gruul for maximum symmetry.

Dumbest case scenario: Nissa saves the day.

Eh, the crystals always struck me as kind of generic. I guess it's weird that the guild apparently moved away from that. But Selesnya looks better for it.

We now know that the Dimir are in fact not working for Bolas while the Izzet are unsubtly worshipping him, so which guilds are with him and which aren't is all the more unpredictable.

I imagine it will do much better than previously, especially since they are actually putting forth an effort to make people aware of the story.

But they also removed the "story spotlight 1/x" stuff from cards.

They removed the "1/X" part, but not the Story Spotlight, to obscure the exact sequence from becoming apparent too early.

Predictions:

Pro-Bolas: Izzet, Azorius, Gruul (at least at first), Golgari, Boros.

Anti-Bolas: Dimir, Selesnya, Orzhov, Rakdos, Simic.

Both Golgari and Orzhov are undergoing civil wars so its likely that these are particularly complex situations.

I hope it's a more complicated situation that five guilds on each of two sides, personally.

Also want some Izzet to be anti-Bolas, but that's just me being selfish & still wanting to root for my favorite guild.
