That reminds me of how much I'd love to see a return to Kaladesh ten or more in setting years later only for it to have transformed into a Mad Max style post-apocalyptic wasteland due to colossal mismanagement. Pia could be Auntie Entity, Sram one half of Master Blaster, and Gonti Immorten Joe.

Is the Eldrain book out for purchase now? I see a handful of people online doing play-by-plays of the story and spoiler warnings abound.

Yeah, they released the book early this time around. I suppose they're experimenting with the best time to release a book in relation to spoiler season.

Each of the five monocolored courts focuses on a different virtue: loyalty, knowledge, persistence, courage, and strength.

I really like persistence and courage for black and red. I like that black gets a Knight who is just trying to court his love. But: Blue and green getting the same values as they had on Amonkhet is tired.

Well, is th nerd colour so knowledge is always going to be its "virtue". For they could have easily gone for wisdom or whatever, but since its knights its forgivable.

It's not a bad coming-of-age story for the twinwalkers (they told us this was Rowan's story, but it's just as much Will's story too). It also does Garruk pretty well.

The only thing I can find to complain about is that it doesn't do the greatest foreshadowing/setup on some things, and one thing especially seems to come out of nowhere.
