Actually I prefer the second arc the most, when everyone was in the Soul Society trying to rescue Rukia.

I have a couple of Bleach volumes on my shelf, along with a few other shonens I wanted to try way back when. Naruto is the one that must have grabbed me. In retrospect, I think it was the idea of ninja battlemages that I liked best. That and how all the characters were given some time to shine. I guess I dropped it because I didn't really find Naruto himself interesting.

Though I've only read two arcs of it - The Black Swordsman and The Band of the Hawk - the Berserk manga has been a fun ride. Guts, Casca, Griffith...the others in their little band..all lots of fun. I need to pick this back up, but I can't really find it locally and am too lazy to order it offline.

Oh dear... It might be in your best interest not to pick it back up if that's only as far as you've gotten.

I'm an evil sun now.
I know I'm like three pages behind now, but I really have been meaning to say how much I like that avatar design. Is it from something?

Hiya! I'm Pavor Nocturnus. I like playing :b: and I'm really into vampires. When I'm not going Bump in the Night
or spitting Fire and Brimstone at things like Tarkir block or Magic Origins, I'm actually quite a nice guy. I think. :paranoid:
*drops himself into armchair and opens can of beer*

Introductions aside, I got the most awesome custom made full-art Swamps for my birthday from a couple of friends.
The artwork looks just amazing and pretty Innistrad-esque to fit my vampire deck. Big full moons, gloomy manor houses,
castles with tiny torch-wielding mobs in front of them etc. Just beautiful

Oohh, can you post a picture? That sounds awesome.
Sure, here they come. I found the pics on Amazon, and these are basically the ones I got (five of each version), except mine don't credit the artist because the foil doesn't quite go all the way down, and they are made from regular Swamps, not full-art ones, though that's barely visible. (I refuse to buy a smartphone, so just googling pics was quicker than taking photos with a camera and putting them on my computer first ^^').

I wanted to laugh at you and call them terrible, but those swamps are stunning.

Just got done watching ex machina and it was fairly good.
That ending was a bit rough on me though, I won't lure.

Cold endings are great, so I loved ex machina.

Also new adventure time has lots of emotions.

There's some legitimately interesting stuff going on with adventure time, for like... The first time in 2 seasons.
The vampire stuff going on has some cool hallmarks.

Season 5 was kind stale but still entertaining, season 6 was not adventure time until the last episodes.

Vampire king has such a neat design and is totally a green vampire

Looks like Starfire has learned the true meaning of black Friday.

Can I ask you a couple of questions about building a cube? I've been looking to build one because it'd be a cheaper/easier way of explaining Limited to new players than buying a lot of boosters.

Feel free to shoot me a message whenever you (or anyone) have any questions about anything, I'll answer whatever I can, and probably give my best guess otherwise. I don't log on here as much as I used to, but I do have email notifications set up for inbox messages.

The trick about new players and cube is that you have to keep it at a very low power level, because a lot of the powerful cards also carry rules baggage. And they also have to spend a TON of time reading every. single. card.
Like seriously, I can do an entire draft and deckbuilding in the time it takes to do a single 3 pack draft with two new players.

So I watched the first episode of the new superhero show on Netflix, with David Tennant. It was really good. Hope it keeps up with the rest of the series.

I've watched 9 episodes of Jessica Jones and I'm really liking it.

Heard it was good as well. Does it touch on Daredevil or other Marvel Netflix shows?

Not really. It stands on its own. I would expect a cameo, but didn't notice any.
