It really depends on the map. I generally have a set character for each, but if pressured to name mains:
assault - Reaper
defense - Mei
tank - D.Va
support - Symettra

I play pretty much every support with a preference for Mercy. If needed I can also be a pretty mean Zarya or Reinhardt.

My main is mei. Second most played is genji although I am not that good with him. I try and play everyone equally but if I'm losing I tend to play mei or roadhog. For support I like to use ana or symetra. I've been really liking sombra on defense. I like pretty much everyone although I rarely play mercy. And I don't think I have ever piked reinhardt voluntarily.

I despise Lucio. Strictly speaking, he's the only character I hate, but I'm not overly fond of Roadhog or 76, though I can use them alright. Don't especially like Junkrat either, but I've found a surprising niche with him in ctf.

I like lucio as a concept and would like to learn better wallriding with him but as a character he's the worst and has no personality. It's funny because the actor who does lucio literally just talks normally. I don't think he's even Brazillian. 76 is not someone I use in quickplay but sometimes I'll use him in no limits if everyone else is. I really like to make risky terrible plays so flying around with junkrat is great for me.

Why do you hate him?

I personally find him pretty fun to play and inoffensive to play against. His importance is overstated by people outside of the highest ranks or pro players.

It's all tied up in his character and character design.
I find his attitude saccharine at best and his "freedom and love" philosophy grating.

And he has stupid robot pants.

But there again, I'm a Symettra main, so it would make sense I'd dislike him.

I thought he just had prosthetics (like most of the cast), but I've looked it up turns out most of the cast doesn't have prosthetics. It's just McCree, Junkrat, Torbjorn, and arguably Genji and Reaper. So yeah, those are pants.

I like pretty much everything you dislike about him :-)

As a Symmetra main, how much hate do you get?

Genji definitely has prosthetics since half his body is gone.

Symmetta's arm is also artificial.

After the re-kit, I am essentially a God. So... Roughly as much as a Bastion main.

On one of the skins, but otherwise, I've seen where the developers confirmed she only has the one.

Good to know. I like how much prosthetics (and assistive technology, e.g. Tracer) the Overwatch characters have.
