Guay or Zug would be perfect for Serra. I don't care which -- Zug perfectly captured the artistic style of Serra's Sanctum in his work in Urza's block, while Guay has already formed the image of the character with her work on the Homelands comic.
Guay for Serra for me, no question. As to the issue of her style, it wouldn't be THAT different than Kiora. Therese did the duel decks too, so there's more to that stack too.
Mark Zug seems like a fitting choice for Serra, but I could also see Rebecca Guay doing it, especially if we also got Feroz along with her. Sure, her style is unlike anything we've seen on a 'walker card, but she has illustrated Serra a couple of times on cards, she did the Homelands comic and it would go with her From the Vault Serra Angel. It really comes down to which direction you want the style to go in and which phase of Serra's life you want to evoke. I think Donato Giancola would also work really well for Serra.
As much as Guay Serra would be ah-mah-zing, at first I don't think her style will still be in accordance to the seemingly "art style" MTG is going with now, hence I checked for Mark Zug because he still got some much recent MTG arts in the main sets. (I was able to get ahold of Guay's IG, and her style seems to have evolved in a way that I can see it in a main set release...)
HOLY SHART, DONATO GIANCOLA! YAS! Him too would be super nice!
John Avon for Manatarqua.
Hold on... I do not know if this was serious and stuff, but was there a sufficient enough description of Manatarqua? Unless... wait a minute, are you referring to her Pavilion form?
I don't like Nielson nearly as much as everyone else, but I'd love a
guay tamiyo.Holy! I almost forgot Guay did Soratami cards! Talk about having that snobby-aura checked~! (It would be lovely if she gets to illustrate her family too...)

And you guys are accessing my feels with
CONSPIRACY: HOMELANDS and
COMMANDER: THE NINE TITANS...
Taysir, Kristina and Daria in one deck (yeah, right)... Oh, one can dream! Have they made Commander decks top down? It seems like they make Commander decks mostly bottom - up. (Am I getting these terms right?)
