Alright, now that everything's out in the open, what's actually worth reading?

I actually really liked both Arlinn as the protagonist and Tovolar as the antagonist. They're both interesting characters. Comparing this story to that of Kaldheim, Strixhaven and Ikoria (God i have such a dislike for Ikoria...i hope we never visit that plane again), it's just much better.

Yes, I have no complaints there and Tovolar does manage to be a good take on villainy. Its just that the middle two stories are quite rushed.

I love that Tovolar always talks about 'we', never about 'me', which makes him very green.

Chapters two and three were indeed very rushed. I still like chapter two in spite of it going back and forth in time in a very confusing way.

Chapter three was mostly bad. It doesn't really advance the plot besides 'they find the MacGuffin'. I liked the Sorin part though...he's such an unrepentant *hole. :P

From the side stories, the one with Vadrik and Rem was awesome. Rem is always great and Vadrik is a promising new character. They work well as a pair. I also loved Tangles.

Th other three were ok.

Tangles was definitely the highlight of these stories for me, but I did also like Arlinn's arc. His Eyes was pretty good, and the bickering between Gisa and Geralf was very fun to read.

Overall, I'd say this set had the best webfiction since The Gathering Storm (if that counts) or Ixalan.
