This is a thread to make Instant - Trap and Creature - Rogue spells in, as well as other things of related flavor. Some potential examples below.

Dream Trap
Instant - Trap
If target spell is a spell that affects your hand or or library, you may pay rather than play Dream Trap's mana cost.
Counter target spell. It's controller discards a card from their hand and places the top 5 cards of their library into their graveyard.

Trapster
Creature - Human Rogue
Vigilance
When Trapster enters the battlefield, you may search your library for up to 5 Trap cards. If there are at least 3 removed, randomly choose one of those cards, place it in your hand, and shuffle the rest back into your library, otherwise shuffle them back into your library without placing any in your hand.
Opponents may not play Trap cards.
2/1

Boulder Trap
Instant - Trap
If exactly one creature is attacking, you may pay rather than Boulder Trap's mana cost.
Deal 7 damage to target attacking creature. Creature's controller may remove the creature from combat in order to avoid this damage (if tapped, it remains tapped).

Second Story Acrobat Thief
Creature - Human Rogue
Reach
When Second Story Acrobat Thief deals combat damage to an opponent who controls any artifacts or non-basic lands, draw a card.
Second Story Acrobat Thief can't be blocked by walls.

Spore Zone
Instant - Trap
If a Fungus creature you control went to the graveyard this turn, you may pay rather than Spore Zone's mana cost.
Tap all creatures controlled by target opponent and place -1/-1 counters on them, those creatures do untap during their controller's next un-tap phase.

Elf Death-Arrow
Creature - Elf Rogue
Reach, Forestwalk, Swampwalk
: Elf Death-Arrow gains Deathtouch until end of turn.

Trap Craft Ranger
Creature - Human Scout
When ~ enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a card and exile it face-down. If you do, shuffle your library.
You may cast the exiled card as though it were in your hand, if it is a trap card.

Scout vs Rogue?

One of mine I liked from a while back, though slightly edited.

Geistflame Trap :r:
Instant - Trap

If you were dealt damage this turn, you may pay :x: rather than pay ~'s mana cost.
If :r: was spent to cast ~, ~ does 1 damage to target creature or player for each mana spent to cast it.

Yeah. He's a ranger. Thus scout type. The card itself deals with traps. I actually really liked the trap type. Its flavorful, fits so many settings, and works cool. It sucks that they make these types and then essentially drop them from the game. look at allies, tribal, trap, etc. All of these could see further support down the line.

Poisonous Altar
Instant - Trap
If an opponent had an artifact enter the battlefield under their control this turn, you may cast ~ for .
Destroy target artifact. That permanent's controller gets 2 poison counters.

Trap-Hunt Rogue
Creature - Human Rogue
Flash
When ~ enters the battlefield, counter target trap spell.
When ~ leaves the battlefield, exile all trap cards from graveyards.

Tumbling Thief
Creature - Human Rogue
Traps your opponents cast cost to cast.
He takes a literal approach to "pulling the strings."

I thought Black wasn't allowed to have artifact destruction?
