Inspired by 2010's "play/in play >>> cast/activate/battlefield" terminological change:

Feezle -
Instant
Interrupt target spell unless its controller removes a counter from a permanent he or she controls.
More than one travelling mage discovered the hard way that the infamous Rishadan "arcane tax code" has nothing to do with its complexity.

Would be nice if MTG didn't have two different things called counters. I would've replaced the counters that go on creatures with "markers" myself, but this works too.

Kinda miss Holck. He brought some unique ideas to the table.

Nostalgia warps our perception of everything!

About the OP: I like the card, but the problem is that "interrupt" used to mean something else. Which means that this might still cause some confusion. Less confusion, granted, but still some.

The one troll everybody liked.

Were we ever sure if he was a troll, or if that was just how he communicated? I never knew. And now I guess I never will.

I'm not sure if he truly was a troll. I don't think he meant to be either way.

I think he was a troll, just a better kind of troll. Holk was all about making posts unrelated to the topic and taking subtle jabs at people. He was just annoying. Depends on whether you think of "annoying" as a defining, or merely characteristic trait of trolls.
Guess this thread's original topic kind of died.

So Holck managed to derail it?
That's some trolling skills.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure Matt was just a subset of insane, looking at that Youtube video he once posted.
But yes, I also thought chips when reading this.
