Christmas Daze
Sorcery
Create twelve 0/2 white bard creature tokens, eleven 1/1 red bard creature tokens, ten 1/1 white noble tokens with reach, nine 1/1 red noble tokens with menace, eight 1/1 green peasant tokens, seven 2/2 blue bird creature tokens with flying, six 1/1 green Food Bird creature tokens with "
,
, Sacrifice this token: Gain 3 life", five Treasure tokens, four 1/1 blue bird tokens with flying and prowess, three 1/1 red white and blue bird tokens with flying, two 1/1 white bird tokens with flying, and one Partridge in a Pear Tree, a legendary 0/3 green plant bird creature token with flying and "
: Add one mana of any color.". An opponent does all of these as well.
That's a lot of tokens. And about 60% more text than
Warp World. Pretty silly. I appreciate you going out of your way to name all the tokens though. Reminds me of
Twelve Days of StarCraft, probably my favorite Christmas parody song.
Up to 11 Enchantment ─ Aura Rune (U)
Enchant permanent
As long as enchanted permanent is a creature, double all damage it would deal.
As long as enchanted permanent is an artifact, double any mana it would produce.
"Well, it's one louder, isn't it? It's not ten. You see, most blokes, you know, will be playing at ten. You're on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you're on ten on your guitar. Where can you go from there? Where?" ─ Nigel Tufnel
This got me to watch
the sketch again, so thank you for that. This doesn't really fit the criteria but I like the card.
Ritual of the Twelfth Sorcery~ deals 3 damage to each target. If 11 or more targets were dealt damage this way, destroy all permanents, then create a legendary 5/5 black and red Demon God creature named "The Twelfth God".
Exile ~.
"Eleven came before him to shape our prison. With his revival, none will remain, forever free in oblivion." Evocative. Does "each target" work though? Because it's not technically targeting anything. What's the word for "permanent or player"? Objects? Cool flavor.
Optical ArrayInstant
Look at the top eleven cards of your library. You may reveal an instant or sorcery from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order
No matter the situation, beholders have an eye for it. Ah yes, the most serious way of approaching the prompt. I like it!
Time Trot [u]Sorcery (M)
Time Trot costs
less to cast if this is at least your eleventh turn.
Take an extra turn after this one. Exile Time Trot.
"Keep moving!"
─Teferi, dance instructor This would have to be in Alchemy as I don't think paper magic has an easy way to keep track of turn count. But it's cute!
Thirst for Power |
InstantDevoid
Draw three cards, then discard two cards unless you discard a card with a power, toughness, or mana value of 11 or greater.
Love myself an Eldrazi card. This is probably the most printable card on this list.
Oceans Eleven InstantUntil end of turn, whenever a creature deals combat damage to an opponent, create a treasure token.
"Wait, that doesn't fulfill the criteria!"-Parad, probably
Heh. Why is it blue, though? Shouldn't it be red?
Tempest KrakenCreature - Kraken
Trample
When this creature enters, tap all creatures your opponents control, then distribute eight stun counters among those creatures.
(If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)When it rises to the surface, the sheer volume of water it displaces is enough to flatten any fleet or army, never mind the eight flailing tenacles.7/11
As I read this I was like, "The prompt said eleven, not eight!" Then I saw the toughness. Still, I feel like if this were actually printed it'd be an 8/8/8 MV/P/T if it weren't bent to fit the prompt.
Twelve Visits-
Sorcery
Choose a creature you haven't chosen yet. Any opponent may have you create a 1/1 black and white Spirit creature token with flying. If no player does, put your choice of a +1/+1 counter or a -1/-1 counter on the chosen creature. Repeat this process 11 more times.
(Stop when you run out of creatures. You may choose tokens created previously by this spell.)On the night of Grumhallow's Eve, the dead bring gifts and the living bring life.Like Tevish and ELC, you went the twelve route, where eleven is just there by way of getting to twelve. Nothing wrong with that! I have no idea how to parse this spell. Like I've read it multiple times over multiple days and have no idea how to picture what happens. Why would they have you create a 1/1 Spirit token unless they really want to protect something with 1 toughness? Doesn't this just slightly shift the P/T of everything on the board most of the time? Seems pretty expensive at 5 mana. Way too complicated.
