Command the Frost
Instant (C)
Allocate 3 — (X and Y must add up to 3. If either is 0, skip that effect.)
  • Create an X/X blue Elemental creature token with flying.
  • Tap Y target creatures. Put a stun counter on each of them.
Picking their moment to strike, the raiding party approached the village by cover of night and snow—until the bitter cold itself took shape and turned on them.

Bolster the Front
Instant (C)
Allocate 2 — (X and Y must add up to 2.)
  • Put a +1/+1 counter on each of X target creatures.
  • Create Y 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens.
Neither steel nor blood alone can win a battle.

Foul Transference
Sorcery (U)
Allocate 5 — (X and Y must add up to 5. If either is 0, skip that effect.)
  • Destroy target creature with power X or less.
  • Return target creature card with mana value Y or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Beleaguered Homesteader

Spells you cast with allocate have their allocation value increased by 1.

I feel like Bolster the Front should have the order of its effects switched so that you can use it as a Glory Seeker with flash if you want to.

Really good mechanic though, well done. Love the Kithkin lord.

Because you select targets upon casting the spell, the tokens Bolster makes wouldn't be legal to put counters on with its other effect regardless of order. In this way I feel the order is better for for communicating that lack of interaction

That said rules could have changed regarding this so *shrug*

Yeah, that's true as written. It would be possible to make the +1/+1 counters ability not target the creatures, although maybe a bit unconventional.
